Any one know of someone, or a shop, who does work in 14K, (not 23K Thai gold) for repair of jewelry here in Hua Hin?

does....but not in-house....they send it to Bangkok.

There is a 'working jewellers shop' on the opposite side of the road to the main HH to Bkk bus station. It is located on the corner of one of the soi's and has large black plate glass windows. They design and produce all forms of jewellery and I feel sure that they could do the work for you. Sorry I don't know which soi it is, but you shouldn't have much trouble finding it.
