Hello scouser...

I have question to ask you again...

I got fiancee' visa to UK before...And now i want to apply another one...The last one i got i didnt got enough time to organise everything so i have to come back here to apply another one..

Do you think they're will give me another visa? And how difficult to get the new one?Can i do fast track because i my boyfriend asked the immigration in uk and he's said we can..?I dont know if they're will believe that's we're still in relationship?..

I got MULT visa and i been there for 2 time but we're didnt get marry....So the last time i went there i got one and half week to organise everything but then not enough time i have to came back...

So please give me an advice as like you always do before...You might remember me 'cos i asked you manytime..

You can apply again, and unless there have been significant changes in your or your fiancé's circumstances then you should be granted one without too much difficulty.

However, when you were granted the first one you told the embassy that you were going to the UK for the express purpose of marrying your fiancé and settling in the UK. You had 6 months in which to do this. They will almost certainly ask you why you didn't marry within the 6 months. I think you should try to find a better answer than

i didnt got enough time to organise everything

Latt,

Yes, you will need to fully explain why you didn't get married before. If the visa officer doubts your intention to get married on this occasion then he may refuse the visa.

If I recall correctly, your fiancé was latterly unemployed. If he still has no job then it will be difficult for you to get another visa unless someone guarantees to support the 2 of you. If he now does have a job, then you can explain that the reason why you didn't previously get married was because he was out of work.

I just dont know what the best answer i should to tell them when i apply anothe one..

I will apply for the new visa the beginning on next month...My boyfriend will come over next month to sort this out with me....We're just hope everything will be alright as like the first time .....

Do you think it's good idea to tell them that's my boyfriend got problem with the job...???But i came back here the first time because to be with my daughter on her holiday..Then got about 1 and half month on my visa...We're thought that's still enough time you know but then it's not work i have to come back here again to apply for another one...

Latt, the best answer is the truth! There must be a reason why you didn't marry within the 6 months, other than just not getting around to it!

As Scouse says, explain about the problems with your fiance's work, and that you wanted to get that sorted out before marrying.

Has he sorted it out yet? Remember that he will have to show that he can support you, particularly as you will not be able to work until you are married and obtained Further Leave to Remain.

An alternative for you to consider.

Marry in Thailand and then apply for a spouse visa. Then you can tell the embassy that you didn't marry in the UK on the fiance visa because you both changed your minds and decided that you wanted to marry in Thailand.

The criteria are the same as a fiance, except that you must be married. The main advantages over a fiance visa are:-

It eliminates the need for applying for FLR (saving the fee of at least £335).

You can start work immediately upon entry to the UK (assuming you can find a job).
