Hi

My GF just told me she cant reply to SMS, i had a look and settings is the smae as mine but when trying to reply to SMS no response from send buttom, did try to restart still the same, any idea what it could be?

Seriously, try to reset network settings. Preferences -> General -> Reset -> Network Settings.

Is it a jail broken phone? If you have an app called "BossPrefs" installed, run it and check the settings. This can cause all sorts of problems.

I tried reply on her phone, tried a few SMS can’t reply, no problem to send a new, only reply don’t work, will try to reset when she get home.

It’s not a jailbreak phone, it’s from True.
