10 Water Meters stolen from Pattaya village

PATTAYA: -- On Thursday Morning, residents of the Wantip Village 1 in Soi Neun Plub Wan awoke to find their water supply had been cut-off. Some residents went to check their water meters to see if the supply had stopped and found the meters had disappeared. A total of 10 houses inside the estate had suffered the same fate. We spoke with Khun Supasar aged 29 who heard the sound of a barking dog and a motorbike leaving the area at speed at around 3am but thought nothing of it and went back to sleep.
