also what is the best transport way ? i've seen bikes at the post office waiting for transport so this would be my first option..

They will drain the fuel tank - so deliver it almost empty and bring fuel when you pick it up at LUKSI.

Enter where you see the guard house... Drive down that road, then it's the 3rd to the left, i recall darkly. A huge logistics hub with about 30 ramps. There are hundreds of bikes... Drive near the end. A guard will come with you.

or take the train - but you need to go on the same train, too. Or waste a ticket.
