How Much Is A Canon Powershot Sx10Is Worth

Featured Replies

Hi everybody. The thread title says it all.

How much is a Canon Powershot SX10is worth.

It was purchased in early 2009. And it is very good condition. It comes with a Kingston 8gb sdhc card, 4 recharable batterys, instruction/software on CD (canon website download), neckstrap, carry case, lens cap and a nice tripod.

I'm thinking 12,000 baht.

What do you guys think?

Thanks.

Try ebay and I'm sure you'll find out how much it's worth or how much someone is willing to pay.

I think you are a bit high to be very truthful, I am using UK prices as a guide however, and appreciate this is Thailand, but I just bought a Canon Powershot SX20 is with similar equipment (not tripod) for £320 in UK but with £40 cashback, so obviously that is £280. And the SX10 is priced at about £260 without the extras. So if you say for arguments sake 12,000 is £240 for a year old one, I think you might struggle. But this is Thailand

and you do have the extras, so it might be a good price to start and see how you get on.

I think the price is a bit high too. I bought one early 2009 same extras minus the tripod. It cost 11k at the big computer place under Asia Airport hotel.
