Apparent random shooting in front of North Pattaya Pub injures one man

PATTAYA: -- On Monday Afternoon, Khun Rapee aged 23, the son of an executive from the TW Steel Company which specializes in luxury wrist watches, made a complaint at Pattaya Police Station of a shooting which had taken place in the car park of the Noir Pub, located just off the Northern end of Pattaya Third Road, in the early hours of Monday Morning. The victim, who sustained injuries to his head and arm, explained that he and some friends had gone to the Pub after spending the day at the Bira International Racing Circuit.

One thing I learned studying mathematics is that whenever you use the word random some blowhard is going to start posturing on the true definition of the word and will commence to prattle on to the point where those in earshot could possibly die of boredom.
