i went to the pantip plaza chiang mai and these guys seemed to know all the answers to my questions, very helpful in fact, i was looking at the canon ip5000, its about 9400, and uses 6 colours, but then i am looking at printing photos through it and it has very high resolution compared to others..

anyway sidetracked for a sec try this number his mobile number 069235471, if not they are located on the bottom floor near the escalators and this is their paper outlet and have allsorts of paper for sale to help identify it.

not sure of their english skills as i, lazy as i am, had a friend with me to help with translating the techicals etc..
