Night-Life In Phitsanulok

Featured Replies

Been a couple of years since I was around here, and I see that those few bars beside the Riverside Hotel (?) have been bulldozed.

Is there anywhere else new in town that has any life suitable for a farang night-out? Not expecting anything Pattaya / Phuket - like, but somewhere you can have a beer and chat with a 'pretty' would be nice.

Try around the bus station. It reminded me of the bus station locals in the 60's back home.:whistling:

This might help

there is some bars in the night market on the river near the clocktower

not much but a start

I was there a few months ago with my lovely (real, not part time) girlfriend. There is a place alongside the river, between the bridge leading over the river and the LiThai hotel which gives great massages (on the street, blind people) - but that is not what you are looking for :P

I did see a couple of clubs alongside the river in a similar area, though this seemed to be more of the young peoples dance/club scene.

I would have to say in terms of farang entertainment, it did seem a bit dull. A bit of a shock, because girls in Phitsanulok are quite good looking. But then again, it is not what I was visiting for - more so to spend some time with my lady.

Best of luck!

Like I said try the area area around the bus station. It will surprise you.:whistling:
