Coyote Dancer found dead in her North Pattaya apartment

PATTAYA: -- Pattaya Police made their way to the SPN Mansion on the North Pattaya Road on Thursday Morning to investigate a suspected suicide. Inside room number 107 was the body of Khun Wipawan aged 29, a coyote dancer for a bar in South Pattaya. She was lying on the bed and due to the position of the sheets it appears she may have suffered major discomfort prior to her death. A razor was found close to the body and evidence of self-harming was found on her arms.

What on earth does "she may have suffered major discomfort prior to her death" mean?

RIP

Is there any doubt that slitting your own wrists is uncomfortable? Poor girl, obviously felt there was no other choice. Sad.
