As the dry season approaches, so the fires in the rice fields begin.

Sometimes fires are inside, sometimes they're outside.

Summer begins, not the dry season, that started 3 months ago!

Reggae produced by Lee "Scratch" Perry

Susan Cadogan ~ Hurt So Good

Paisley punk:

Green on red- Aspirin

Oh wow, great stuff, one of the most under rated bands of all time, utterly brilliant.

Another lost classic.

A superb song from the Welsh hippies, Crinting is West country slang for crying to evoke sympathy but I don't know if our Welsh cousins used the same meaning.

I would have thought with Man and the words keep on it would more likely refer to some recreational activity involving rizla papers...

6ties Beat on the punkier side

The Monks - Oh, how to do now

A couple of stirrers to boost sagging afternoon energy.

The Luddites - Doppelganger

Awesome stuff, first time I have ever heard it, cant believe I missed it first time around, quality posting.

Ah this is more like it, harking back to '60s garage bands.

well it's nearly valentine day again and the mrs wants gold or diamonds, cheesy.gif i'll be giving her these if, she's lucky. Red roses by Somjit Bortong who has a great show in Bkk next week, very famous and popular morlam song.

I have a great cassette of Somjit from approx 15 years ago, singing superb morlam about taxi drivers, he's an excellent dancer too, but like the best songs of Jintala and Chalermpon, it's not on youtube either.

Oh well, winter's over, not long to Songkran....

He's an amazing dancer but a bit of a lazy bugger in the show, only comes on for 40 mins at the end, good show for 120 baht though, non stop and they have a fat lady and a dwarf and you can't say fairer than that!

Vibes - I'm in Pittsburg (and it's raining)

I like this version (never heard before), but I love the original as well...

The Outcasts - I'm in Pittsburgh ( and It's Raining )

I am just listening to another nice coverversion...

The Zeros - Pushin too hard
