Featured Replies

does anyone have any email addresses for contacting Pattaya police and/or immigration? need english speakers on other end. cant find anywhere. thanks

Remember standard procedure when dealing with email in Thailand. 1) send mail 2) call receiver and tell them you have sent them a mail so they can check their mailbox.

basically Im wanting to get a crime investigated without flying back to Thailand and as yet have not found a way

You cannot file a criminal report in thailand from your home country,I suggest if it is so important then you get your arse over here.

The police won't pay any attention to any email or phone call from you that is for sure

It's hard enough to make a report in person, forget about trying to make one by email or phone!

well, I have done it before, there are a few guys in the tourist volunteers that are genuine and will help people out, unfortunately I have lost their contact details

Can't guarantee anything but email me at [email protected] with details.

I do duty at the Pattaya and Banglamung station police help desks of the Foreign Volunteers.

That is a unit separate unit from the Tourist police.

A Transnational Crime Center is also open now at Cholburi Immigration as a branch of the main one in Bangkok.

The mickey mouse club

Maybe to you, but not to the many who have been helped - daily.

Not saying its perfect or that everyone involved is suitable, but some very experienced ex-police are involved along with some very dedicated volunteers.

I have no knowledge of the Tourist Police units as we are separate from them.

Of course I don't know how serious the crime is/was, but otherwise you could ry to file a complaint at the nearest Thai Embassy.
