Woman accused of stealing number plates from cars parked in Temple grounds

PATTAYA: -- A woman suspected of suffering from a form of mental illness was detained at the Nong Yai Temple Car Park on Monday Afternoon, suspected of stealing number plates from 4 vehicles belonging to teachers working at the Nong Yai Temple School. Khun Jootamat aged 30 was accompanied by her 4 year old son and communication with her was difficult.
