Burmese man stabbed following noise complaint to neighbor

SATTAHIP: -- A Burmese Laborer was repeatedly stabbed in the legs following an argument with a neighbor in the early hours of Wednesday Morning. The incident occurred at a rented room behind the Tongtip Market in Sattahip and left Mr. Ray aged 27 seriously injured. According to the victim’s female friend, Miss Daer aged 26 also from Myanmar, the victims female neighbor was having a party and using a Karaoke Machine.
