You could try a place that makes wet-suits.

Take some zips and they can use up their off-cuts.

Test the beer OR the condom?

Do a goggle for somebody who does company promotional gifts - stuff like pens, key chain thingies etc and you will find those beer coolers but you most likely have to buy in bulk and have some logo printed on them.
