Which Passport Pages To Photo Copy

Featured Replies

I will soon make a Penang tourist visa run and am going to try to make the noon cutoff the first day so I want to make copies of my passport pages ahead of time. I've never really paid any attention to which ones need copied. Anyone know which ones are needed? If one of them needs to be the Malaysia entry stamp, can anyone recommend where to make copies quickly upon arrival?

I have never heard of any passport pages needing to be copied for a tourist visa.

But on second thought perhaps you should have a copy for hotel check in as your passport will remain with Consulate overnight. I always checked into hotel first.

No copies need for tourist visa, only one photo.Don't forget if you go to the indian agents they will get you a triple entry =6 months

Folks, this is something that has changed in recent years. You absolutely do need to provide a few photo copies if you get your tourist visa directly from the consulate. I will also consider using a service as well; the one that keeps popping up here (NJ Books/Parvez) near the Swiss Hotell.

As stated it is unlikely that you will need a copy to obtain your tourist visa, however, I would tend to err on the safe side.

I hardly ever carry my passport with me unless travelling a distance from home. However, I keep at least one copy in the truck. The copy includes the 'photograph page', the latest TM card, the page with the last entry stamp and the visa page.
