New Born Baby dumped next to train track in East Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- On Thursday Afternoon, the body of a new born child was discovered next to the road running adjacent to the train track in East Pattaya. Police Lieutenant Colonel Khunawoot, from Banglamung Police Station was called to the scene and inspected the body of the newborn baby boy who had just been delivered.

Geeze...what's with all the baby dumping lately...don't these girls know their babies are worth big money if put up for foreign adoption. That should take away any stigma from an unwanted or untimely pregnancy...unless they were stepping-out on a partner!

The government could make facilities available for unwanted births, and they could advertise it, if they cared. I hate to think how many are never discovered.
