Hiya All :o

I would like to know about the contact info needed ie. emails etc.

I have alot of emails to print out, do I need to print them all or say one from every week? I will need a truckload of printer ink to print them all! I have printed the screen which shows the list of emails received..

Also I use pre paid international phone cards which do not show up on my telephone bill. The company says they are not obliged to give me a copy unless I contact the police or a solicitor to request a copy of my calls made from the cards. Will the cards themselves I have kept be enough evidence?

Thanks all :D

It relates to a UK settlement visa (sorry missed that out) ? The Embassy needs all contact information, I think it is quite self explanatory in my opinion...

My Wife in Thailand uses Pre Paid cards when she phones me in UK.

Advised to submit cards even though they cannot prove who was phoned!!

I use low cost and have copied from Net the relevant numbers phoned ready for her Visa Interview + monthly updates of Salary etc

E-Mail:

I have printed a few + Index of all (Over 900& counting)

Hope this helps

Yeah the emails sure build up!!! :o I think it is time for some new ink catridges!

The cards I use have the number (free phone) on the card themselves, so I will submit the pile!!!

Thanks again for you reply.

I had the same obstacle during our settlement visa application, I had many International phone cards & I also used a phone company to call Thailand and the calls weren't itemised.

I printed out the list anyway from BT and also handed in with the application a pile of pre-paid International phone cards( approx. 100 ) to the Embassy. We didn't get any problems or queries regarding it.

Good luck

Just wondering, and is probably a stupid idea but....

considering that the relevant embassy most probably have the means to read them from a disc, would it be acceptable for e-mails to be submited on disc?

Would save a great deal of time and money for all concerned.

Thanks Clive I will do the same. :D My International phone card number does not show on my Landline bill as it is Freephone? So the cards will have tobe enough! :o

khunlungphudhu, I thought that about photos as well, maybe it will be good to just burn stuff on CDs as well? Who knows.

Thanks for your replies. Lop :D

Unfortunately, both the Home Office and FCO are very strict about what their staff are allowed to install on their computer systems. As a general rule, staff cannot install the items which have been suggested and it's better to stick with the old-fashioned copies.

Scouse.
