Has anybody stayed in this hotel or have knowledge of it? It seems to have location, location, location, but is it livable?

I have just purchased tkts for mid August (Valuair $A559 =taxes)and this will be my first trip to Pattaya (normally go to Phuket) Look out for an old croc in the Blues Factory.

Based on your "location, location, location" statement I'll assume you have already seen my review of my stay there on www.pattayapages.com hotel review section.

I've got pictures of the place from the end of May and I stayed in a superior room which was very roomy and clean. I had one minor plumbing problem while I was there and they fixed it the same day. It's an older hotel but very well maintained IMO.

If you plan to be down on Walking St a fair bit I can't imagine a more convenient location, frankly.

Never stayed there myself but have a good friend that loves the palce.

He is a little on the thrifty side which can be a good thing and it soots him just perfect.

Thanks for the comments WISteve and Sendbaht.

I hadn't seen your review previously WIS, but based on what you both have said about the place I will go ahead and book.

Glad you're trying it out Old Croc!

It's a nice place.

They have a website with good information as well.

The Superior Double has a comfortable sitting area:

And the bed is really quite good for Thai hotels IMO:

Can't find my pics of the hotel without "accessories" so these will have to do......
