does anyone know where and how I can get Chinese language support without visiting Nokia Care Centre ?

Just install a Nokia software in your PC then connect your phone with your PC and download SMS into your PC.

or

forward the SMS to another phone that support mutilanguage. Most of Samsung's phones have 7 asian languages.
