Cancer Carer Needed For Sick Dad

Featured Replies

Hello,

Not a nice one this topic, but i am wondering where i could possibly start looking for a carer for my very sick father in law who is in the last stages of bowel Cancer. He lives in Chumphae and he is on his own.

Does such a thing exist nearby or shall i give up now.?

Many thanks

So sad this story. Do you look for help at home or in a hospital or nursing home ? You are not so far from the university hospital Srinagarin in KhonKaen and if your father in law is a Thai national than he can go there.

In Nongkhai a farang died (liver cancer) and he had 2 retired nurses in his house 24/7 to take care of him and to supply the morphine pills in milk...... But there was no palliative care possible. For palliative care you must be in hospital.
