PATTAYA: -- The Rainy season appears to be going on for longer that normal this year and in the early hours of Thursday Morning Pattaya was once again under water as a sustained period of heavy rainfall caused chaos around the City. The wet weather is expected to remain until at least the 16th October according to weather experts, which means the over-worked storm drains are expected to continue to struggle against the large volumes of rainwater.
