Peeping-Tom caught by Pattaya Police

PATTAYA: -- A suspected peeping-tom was caught, in front of Soi 17 off Jomtien Beach Road on Thursday evening. Mr. Lar aged 21 from Laos was allegedly caught trying to watch a group of female college students on a day trip to Pattaya from Pistanulok Province, cleaning themselves in the nearby public toilets and shower block.
