You should be able to rent a 2 bedroom condo ( older ) for 4000 bt to 15000. There are many.

Is the picture your place, that looks nice, is it in Cha Am?

Some town houses for rent near the sea front for 5000 / 6000 baht per month, mostly farangs, nice soy. some with a little furniture.
