Drug Crazed Briton Strips off Frightening Neighbors in Pattaya

An apparently drug crazed British National stripped off his clothing outside his room in Pattaya, frightening his neighbors before having to be sedated and carted off to hospital.

Pattaya, 13th November 2010 [PDN] At 12.25am police Captain Netithorn Rattanasuchanon a Pattaya Police Deputy Chief Inspector, received notification of a disturbance created by a crazy male foreigner who had removed his clothing in front of his rented room at the Baan Piyatham apartment, Soi Chalermphrakiet16, 3rd Road, Moo9, Nongprue, Banglamung. A team of officers arrived at the scene to investigate the commotion.

On their arrival, they were confronted by a skinny man identified as Mr. Richard Ian Hewiti [47] a British national who was standing at the front of his rental room, talking to himself. Simultaneously he was presenting himself as a god. Mr. Hewiti’s acts frightened the nearby neighbours who lived in the same building

That seems to be a different person from the one in the link in the OP, where did you see that photo?

The guy in the link appears to have no tats and more of a beard. Looked smacked off his tits on something, the cops waited around till the ambulance showed up then they jacked him up and off he went.

the lad with the beard is the brit (ist picture)and he was walking about soi bukoew 2 days ago totaly gone with it ,,,for sure the lad has mental health issues ,,,i tried to talk to him but he was gone with the fairys.....i left wondering how he got past immigtration.......very sad if you ask me

The picture of the Thai guy with tats is in the news for trying to set his GF on fire.

Certain mental problem with the Brit, sad indeed.

He would receive help back in the UK, so best place for him to go to, or be sent to rather.
