Problem Using Air Asia'S New Website

Featured Replies

I am a member at Air Asia's website and have used them extensively, but whether I log in or not, their new site will not let me choose the flight I need.

I am trying to book a rount trip flight CEI/BKK and BKK/CEI (going and coming about a month apart, leaving about a month from now), but of the three flights a day they have, the site will show one of the three highlighted in red, and will not let you choose either of the other two.

I do not want to lay around all day or until the next day after getting to BKK, waiting for my international flight, and there appears to be something wrong with the phone number given for contacting them by phone ("Press 2 for English" will not get you there). And they will not give you the internet rate if you try to book at the airport.

Is anyone else having this problem, and if so what can you tell me about it.

I made the mistake of trying to get a hotel room through their site a few days ago. It was purely bait and switch. Agoda is 50 times better. That being said, I have had great luck flying with them, and have saved a lot of money. I did recently switch to www.nokair.com who undercut AA by more than 500 THB (mine was 1290 total from CNX-BKK). Don't know about the routes to CEI.
