Parking @Friendship Bridge Nong Khai?

Featured Replies

I plan on driving up to Nong Khai and spend a week in Laos. I heard of a secure parking right before the Friendship bridge but the latest news is that there is some road construction taking place and the parking is much smaller and usually full! Does anyone have any up to date information? What are the rates per day? Thanks, ;)

The road works ie; widening of the main road from the city is really nothing to do with where you would park your car for a week, there are many places to park behind the main road you only have to stop and ask at one of the many shops around and they would point you in the right direction or more than likely put your car in there own garage for a small fee 500 bt.

I think I paid about 100 baht a day, parked in locked, fenced in area (for what it's worth).
