Which areas you're looking at? 1000-2000 THB? Even All Seasons Place is not that expensive. :D

Mahatun Plaza at Phloen Chit is charging about 450 THB/sq.m./month now.

Q-House Phloen Chit is charging about 600 THB.

One Pacific Place (Nana) is charging about 480 THB. Two Pacific Place (Nana) is charging at least 550 THB.

Asoke area is full.

Serviced. Including air-con during office hours. Some of these places wouldn't deal with you directly though. But would ask you to deal with their agent. CB Richard Ellis was the place I contacted when looking for new places.
