cant see it appaling to familes, as they would prefer low ground untis, IE i wouldnt want my kids as high up as that with those balconies ( also have the ' Properly ' made them child safe and Jumper safe? )

Hilton Pattaya Not especially expensive. US$200 per night for a one bedroom suite is not outlandish.
