Australian Embassy

I applied for my son's citizenship 2 weeks ago along with all the paper work and the hefty fee and I still haven't heard from them. So I called em up and finally got a human on the phone only to be told that it's still not ready. I was told that it was going to take 5 days originally This is a bigger problem for me because they led me to believe that it would leave me plenty of time to get his passport (10 working days) and my family are out of this appartment at the end of the month and then off to visit the missus family for a few days, then fly out around 5 Sept.

I worked it so that I had all this month to get the citizenship and passport, then make a clean run, but NO. I should have known better when dealing with those incompetent ######s

Come on Australia, get it together!
