Nice Christmas Cards

Featured Replies

Hi,

Anyone got any good suggestions for where to buy nice, but not over-priced, Christmas cards in CM? Had a look in Makro and Big C while I was there and the selection was dire.

Thanks.:jap:

Certainly not the cheapest place but the best selection I have seen and indeed bought from is the section in Robinsons on the 4th floor of airport plaza where the sell books and dvd's etc, I think its called something like b2s. The cards are mainly Hallmark but your paying 85 - 250thb for a decent card. I actually paid 320 for the wife's card, now thats love :D

I got my daughter to draw some from scratch. They are VERY nice.

The best part was when I suggested things to draw, and she rejecting a baby Jesus scene in favor of something featuring fairies and a lot of presents. I'm happy she has her priorities right. ;)

Handmade Saa paper ones at the markets for around 10-15 BT

Lots of nice designs.

Saw some handmade paper ones at Sunday Walking Street. 10 for 100THB.

If you are thinking of sending handmade cards overseas, just be sure not to buy any with leaves or plant material on them, as they won't make it past Quarantine in some countries (particularly Oz)

Yeah, nice one.

One of my kids once drew a festive mother in law that scared the festive pants off me.

Beards and red skirts or something similar.

Try Carrefours. Great selection compared to elsewhere in Thailand shops and inexpensive,
