What with the neat little Nooks and Kindles flying around out there, the challenge is converting a personal book library to digital. Does anyone have any recommended service agents in Bangkok providing this service? Googling brings up dozens of them: what I'm looking for is someone who's had experience with one of them. Preferably, *good* experience, naturally.

Any guidance or suggestions more than welcome.

Merry Xmas Alex. A trip to Panthip plaza should solve your problem. Near the escalator on the 3rd floor, there is a big - ish - print shop who as of a year ago had this service at a reasonable price and did a good job of it. If they no longer do it, there will be many other places that do. I see many Thais that use this same shop, so I presume they are happy with the price and service too. Just a thought. Check the price of a small hand scanner, as you may find it better to do it yourself. These come with the software to do the job and from experience, it is not difficult. Just set it up right in the "preferences" and scan away. Best of luck and I hope this is of help. Mitch
