International Calling

Featured Replies

My long awaited holiday to LOS is looming (22 Jan), while I'm there I'll need to make frequent calls to to the UK and the Philippines, what is my cheapest option? I'll have an unlocked phone with me.

Using 12call you can use prefix 00500 (without+63) for a lower rate, that's what I use to call my gf in Phil.

Or Skype/Voipstunt/Cheapvoip (CV is usual cheaper then the rest) easy when you have a laptop/netbook in combination with a 3G mobile router or Aircard for Thailand.

Your Phil SIM e.g. SMART you can set to roaming at the airport, so you Phil connections can text you for free. One of my Phil connections is currently working in Dubai and I can call for normal rate to her roamed Phils SIM, she does not have to pay anything.

If you need call yourself the netbook/CheapVoip + 3G router might be the best option.
