Always put off by the thought of what they were sucking to get green lips...........But on your recommendation, I'll give them a go !!

Did I happen to mention that I make a mean Kai hut sai? Or, at least my version of one. I can't get the same ingredients in Canada but that doesn't matter to the fabulous result. It starts off with a great selection of vegetables and a great sprinkling of extra sharp Canadian chedder cheese..

The last critter I had to strangle was soi dog about 2 weeks ago. It ran under my motorbike and broke it's back. I was fortunate not to dump the bike, but I came close. As I wasn't carrying my trusty switch blade knife at the time I had to dispatch the poor dog with my hands. It was NOT a pleasant experience. I've only had to do that once before. The dog was black and coming out of the shadows at night. Luckily, nobody was around while I was doing it or there might have been a fuss

It was a sad story, neverdie, because I truly like dogs... even the too numerous soi dogs. Even though I'm a hunter I won't let anything suffer.
