Foreign Criminals Clearance Plan

PATTAYA: -- The Chief of Eastern Regional Department of Special Investigations (The DSI ) Pattaya Office Mr. Prawit Chaibuadaeng revealed about the plans to clear the foreign criminals from the city that have been in operation for the past 10 months. DSI has been working closely with local authorities and the local police from Immigration, Pattaya and Banglamung Stations, Tourist Police including British, Austrian and Pakistan Embassies to clear the problem with foreign criminals who have been using Pattaya as a hiding place.

I thought from the topic title it was how the criminals were getting clearance to operate in Pattaya.

Might still be the same end result.
