Hi, after trailing the adds for used cars I found a Suzuki Grand Vitara with one owner / 22k kilometers / service book etc. Great car good spec and no marks. To transfer owner in blue book am I right in thinking I need copy passport inc visa, copy house book, two photos, a document from immigration, and that the seller needs to sign blue book, copy passport inc visa. Do we then use my lawyer / or who is best to use for this. Any help appreciated to avoid running about without the correct plan. C.

If house book has your name in it you do not need to go immigration. If your name is not in house book then you will need certificate of residency from immigration. You do not need a lawyer.
