Could anyone recommend an agent, or good resource for finding apartment rentals in Chiang Mai? I will be in CM mid October and would need to rent for a couple of months.

Looking for something near town, at least 2 bedrooms at around 10k to 15k per month.

What about a quiet new 3 bedroom house in the country near Mae Tjo, about 20 km NE of Chiang Mai city, 15K ex electricy, furniture and airco in 1 bedroom included?
