Has anyone on the forum bought a lead to connect their Ipod/Iphone to play through the stereo system?

I live in Isaan and local sound/ phone places and Isuzu dealer do not stock and cannot order this lead. So I am off to Pattaya soon and am wondering if anyone has bought this lead in Pattaya and if so where and how much did it cost?

Any helpful advice is much appreciated as I would love to get my songs playing through the stereo system.

Can you attach a photo or describe the type of connector that goes into the nav unit of the Isuzu?

Third connection is usb and will charge Ipod but will not play music.

I just use bluetooth for playing music from my iPhone.
