Best Tailor?

Featured Replies

Hi All

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good tailor in Chiang Mai?

I want some shirts made, but from experience so far lots of the high street tailors have a tendency toward vague interpretation, shoddy workmanship and gazumping the price at the 11th hour.

If anyone has a great tailor, a recommendation would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Edward.

Can't say who is the best, but C&D Collection @ Nitebazar he is a crook.

Good question I like to kow this also.

2nd floor of Kadluang bldg are few sewing ladies who are very good also for tailor jobs. (but not all of them)

I have had very satisfactory service from the Taylor who's shop is in the Night Bazaar. It is on the corner of the soi with the Muslim Mosqu that they are in the process of rebuilding.

Frank at Fashion King gets my vote. His shop is in Kalare Center at the night bazaar.

Neeramit the tailor does good work.

No idea of his phone number.

Their is a good Taylor up from the Riverside Guest House over the river from the night bazzar.

She does not open Sunday.

She speaks good English and will make what you want.

Hope this helps

Essential International Tailor is about a half block east of Burger King on Loi Kroh. Piya is a Burmese refugee who is refreshingly honest. Strongly recommend.
