I am hoping some computer wizard can answer this.

Whenever I receive emails in my outlook 2010, and if they have hyperlinks, I am not able to use the hyperlinks. I get a message saying "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator".

I am the administrator for this laptop and there are no other users.

How to remedy this.

I followed the link you suggested and even followed the links within the links. One of the links referred to Outlook 2010 (beta) and Windows 7. I tried the suggestion there, re-started Outlook but still have the same problems.
