i know a couple of thais that speak perfect english.....what do you need doing????

It has to be authorized translators, its for a p.r to Sweden, ill guess she has to do it in Bkk as usual.

I'm fairly certain that AUA in the campus of Khon Kaen University are authorised - tel 043 241 072.

To get there :

Turn left into KKU at the northern traffic lights on the way to Udon.

Take the 2nd left (it's more like a fork)

Go straight until you come to the next lights. Turn right.

Go past the Humantities Faculty on the righthand side, then take the first right.

AUA is situated in the building directly in front you. Bottom left corner. Ask anybody around there if you can't see it.
