I would like to ONLY register a company in Thailand and I have no plan for actual working permit or residency. What I need this company for is that I would like to register my product brand in Thailand and I need to only register a company for it. That is, this company name and registration will be used only for legal procedures so that I can register my brand name in Thailand.

You can apply for the trademark as an individual without needing a company. However, once you decide to commence business in Thailand you will need to establish a company and then transfer the ownership of your trademark to the company.
