Drunken suspected thief caught stealing cable from Pattaya Restaurant

PATTAYA: -- A man was arrested at the rear of a restaurant on Pattaya Third Road on Tuesday Morning, accused of the attempted theft of electric cable. Khun Wichien aged 42, who appeared to be in a drunken state, was caught by the restaurant owner cutting off lengths of cable. Pattaya Police were called and officers soon arrived and arrested the man
