Rent Out One Room Or Whole Apt

Featured Replies

Dear All,

We have an apt in North Point. We'd like to rent it out as a whole apt, or just one bed room.

North Point is a high class property located in a quiet and elegant area. Our apt is in builing A, floor 43, 105 squre meters with two bedrooms and great ocean view, and fully furnished. All the electrical appliance are Siemens brand.

The price is: one room for 30K baht/month, or whole apt at 100K/month. The rental already includes:

1. Water/power/gas/internet/satellite TV

2. free use of gym and swimming pool and garage

3. usage of kichen and laundry

Min rental period is for 6 months. Here is the link of all the apt photos:

Sorry, where exactly in North Point?

I assumed it was Bangkok, until I saw the sea in the photos.

My guess it is in Hong Kong.

And we have a authentic copy right in Pattaya/Jomtien...:D
