Good Experience At Good Speed Computers

Thought I'd add this positive experience because I was surprised. Went to Goodspeed computers yesterday and sold a usb modem because I was told by the shop assistant that my laptop internal modem had busted. Turned out it was the software so I went back for a refund but expecting store credit at best. 5 minutes later they handed over the cash, no arguments or problems. Happy and surprised.

Fair & honest retailers, Good that you informed us. Suggest consumers support retailers with business ethics of this level.

I found my experience at Goodspeed to be utterly frustrating and it cost me time and money to undo the mistakes they made. It is always good for a computer store to at least remember which OS the customer requested. It is ridiculous to get it wrong twice.

But this is reality in Thailand, getting what you expect is like spinning a wheel of chance.

I have used Goodspeed for 5 years and always found the service to be first rate. I have bought a number of machines from them and they are always set up to my personal specification. They also waive all maintenance fees for me and reformat machines for free. I can't praise them highly enough

I have bought two laptops and they are excellent - as long as you target one of the long serving staff. had a small issue with software (installed for free) on my new Dell i7 and they cheerfully sorted it out. They are based at Pantip Plaza 2nd or 3rd floor but they have also opened a shop on the 1st I believe.

Just last week I had them build me a desktop computer. It took them two hours and they delivered it straight to my apartment, the price was excellent and I'm very happy with the computer. Thumbs up from me

They have been good for me also....one guy there was very up on things and it was a pleasure to do business with ....but customer service almost everywhere seems to change ....I guess good service is not rewarded enough from the owners we never see.....

I use the branch at Computer Plaza on Mani Nopparat road (northern outer moat road). They have a sales unit there and a maintenance department which has just moved to bigger premises in the multi storey building next door but if you go into the shop in the Plaza they will escort you there.
