Samsung Phone Repair

Featured Replies

I have a moderately expensive Samsung mobile phone that is three months past its one year warranty that has suddenly stopped working. Is there someplace in Chiang Mai I can go for reasonably priced repairs? Any suggestions or information based on past experience in similar situations is appreciated.

There is a Samsung repair facility adjacent to the S&P near Icon computer plaza. Otherwise, I've had good luck with a shop up on the 3rd floor of KSK. Don't know the name, but when I went around asking, they all pointed me the the same place. I've also heard there is another good repair shop on the ground/basement floor of KSK, but haven't tried it myself

There's a weird little shop on the bottom floor of Pronthip Plaza. From the ChangKlan side, walk straight ahead. He's next to a printer shop and he displays a few used mobiles in a glass case. He's hit or miss in terms of being there but has done numerous repairs for me - sometimes even for free - always for pretty darn cheap. He's a long-haired hippy-looking fellow but he knows what he's doing!

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll try the Samsung repair facility and if they can't help I'll check out some of the others.
