You can find some places for your budget but they won't have the facilities you are looking for. SM Grande at Suk 4 rents for 20K a month. You can look up Sitara Place by googling. Not sure if they will give you a discounted monthly rate or not but they have nice facilities there. The Oasis in Silom also rents in the same price range. Good luck!
