Looking for an apartment in Bangkok budget up to 12k

would love swimming pool, gym,close to mrt or bts, internet, small kitchen.

You can find some places for your budget but they won't have the facilities you are looking for. SM Grande at Suk 4 rents for 20K a month. You can look up Sitara Place by googling. Not sure if they will give you a discounted monthly rate or not but they have nice facilities there. The Oasis in Silom also rents in the same price range. Good luck!
