Can someone tell me the steps in Transfering a motorcycle to someone. I just sold my bike and I just need to be clear on what steps I need to take to transfer it to the new person.

Can anyone Help??

I assume its your bike and you are foreign, most DLT require

Copy your passport, picture page and permit to stay page. Permit to stay must be valid

Transfer form signed and witnessed

If you do not go to DLT in person, proxy signed and witnessed

From the buyer needs

if Thai ID card

if foreign passport original, copy passport as above Certificate of Residence or yellow house book copy. some accept workpermit. non accept Thai DL even if have adress on it

valid insurance and tax
