Thursday night pub, pills, all weekend rave and recovery until Tuesday afternoon. A five dayer, I was hallucinating by the end of it, not sure whether it was caused by the drugs or the lack of sleep. -

Politics Thai Public Grows Disillusioned with Politics Amid Pheu Thai-Bhumjaithai Rift
File photo for reference only A recent Suan Dusit Poll, conducted nationwide from 26-30 May 2025, revealed growing public disillusionment with Thai politics, as citizens become increasingly bored and hopeless amid political rifts and budget debates. The survey, involving 2,168 respondents, focused on the "Thai Political Index May 2025" and highlighted a decline in political confidence, with the index scoring 4.70 points—down from 4.82 in April. The rift between the red (Pheu Thai) and blue (Bhumjaithai) political camps, along with concerns about the transparency and effectiveness of the 2026 budget debate, has contributed to this sentiment. Many respondents questioned whether current political efforts truly address the people's livelihoods. Despite the overall discontent, Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra was acknowledged as the most outstanding government politician, with a 40.87% approval rating. Respondents commended her efforts to tackle tourism issues and restore public confidence in the sector. On the opposition front, People’s Party leader and Opposition leader Nattapong Ruangpanyawut was spotlighted as a politician to watch, securing a 50.79% approval rating. His commitment to probing the government’s transparency issues received significant praise from the public. Overall, the poll underscores a climate of scepticism and a desire for greater transparency and more meaningful political engagement in Thailand. Adapted by ASEAN Now from Thai Newsroom 2025-05-31 -

Neither of you are doing it properly if it hurts her. That passage is designed to accommodate the disposal of huge stools when necessary, even for the daintiest of girls.
