Pay True Fixed Line Phone Bill Online

Featured Replies

Is there a way to pay online for a True fixed line phone line that runs my Internet account. I pay the 599THB online ok for internet, but have been paying for the 107THB component of the monthly bill for the actual fixed phone line (it used to be 110THB I think) by going to a 7-11 shop to pay it. Surely there's an online method?

Depends on your bank and whether or not True is listed as one of their pre-approved billers in their online bill pay area

Interesting to note that your fixed line cost from True is now exactly the same as mine from TT&T billed through TOT

But that being said, I just pay 1,284 THB a year just to be done with it

Ok, using K-Bank so perhaps that's the problem? They only allow me to pay for the internet service afaik?

My wife pays our TOT (Internet and Telephone) through Kasikorn, however it is one bill not separate ones.

I used to pay Internet and telephone bills for True at the shop or 7/11, as never trust the banks when it comes to direct debits.

I also use K-BANK to pay for both Internet and telephone for True (separate bills).

Interesting, do you have the company code on K-Bank web site for True telephone please? I can only find the internet bill TRUE INTERNET (INTERNET) code =80077 under list of merchants on the bill pay section.

It depends on how you pay online.

I pay all our TRUE bills (the ones in private name) online apart from one fixed line which is in the company name. But I use a credit card to pay not actual online banking.

I also use K-BANK to pay for both Internet and telephone for True (separate bills).

Sorry dude. I pay at the counter (K-BANK is a 2 minute walk from where I live).

Of interesting note is my phone bill -- printed on a TOT letterhead but has True Corp watermark embedded in the body of the document.

I think it's True Group CODE 03330 on the K-Bank web site bill payment. Still trying to figure what the TWO reference numbers are they asking for!?

Ok, here's a test for anyone interested? :-)

Can anyone tell me what are the TWO reference numbers being asked of on this link, page 12 of the PDF document. Supposedly this maybe the key to paying my True Internet and Telephone bill online?

Case closed. K-Bank does not have an agreement with TOT for True phone line rental payment online. Brilliant.

  • 2 weeks later...

You are only able to pay the individual TOT fixed line bill with Bangkok Bank internet banking at the moment, as I do.

It actually says it on the bill itself.
